indomie?Then what food to eat then?
The fact is that, it isn't harmful to eat indomie, neither is bad, but taking it in excess makes it dangerous to health.Indomie are made up of flour, to make it as it is (noodles)
, strong and last long, it's requires addition of some other ingredients.
Ingredients, made of chemical like carboxylmethyl cellulose (CMC), hydrocolloids,and styrofoam, so much absorption to the body system causes bad effects/side effects like cancer,obesity(because of the fat content) and so on
The waxy noodles is capable of increasing the risk of cholesterol in adults.In short, don't take in excess.
