Why you shouldn't stop eating watermelon seeds



Watermelon seeds are one of the most nutrient-dense varieties of seeds. They are a rich source of proteins, vitamins, omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids, magnesium, zinc, copper, potassium and more.

Funny enough, most people are scared of eating or swallowing the seed, probably because of the way the are scared with, during there kid stage, some scared of growing watermelon tree in them.........and while some claim that only goat eats seed, there are alot of of untrue story about the seeds.

What are the benefits of eating watermelon seeds:
  • Healthy hair: due to some nutrient in watermelon seed it's

    protect/prevent thinning hair or bald hair
  •  Benefit the Skin: prevent the skin from dullness,and bright up the skin.
  •  Control high blood sugar.
  • Prevent osteoporosis: 
    condition in which bones become weak and brittle.
    The body constantly absorbs and replaces bone tissue. With osteoporosis, new bone creation doesn't keep up with old bone removal.
