Natural way to cleanse lung


We all knew what lung is all about right?
But there is something interesting about lung.
Lungs are self-cleaning organs and also heal themselves, but then,  we should also help them in minimizing amount of air pollution taking in, to make them work at maximum.

Avoid harm toxin like cigarette, smoke, air pollutants e.t.c, avoiding them is the only way to ensure if your lungs are healthy. In other words taking cigarette,smoke and more toxin in,  will only damage and there is doubt if your lung is healthy or not.

Research has found out that both apple and tomatoes are food that contains high Antioxidant, that repair lungs, for ex-smoker.

              Ways to clear the lungs


  •  Steam inhalation, involves inhaling water vapor to open the airways and help the lungs drain mucus. 
  • Exercise. 
  • Drain mucus from the lungs. 
  •  Green tea. 
  • Anti-inflammatory foods, anti-inflammatory diet should include these foods:
  1. Tomatoes and apple (Antioxidants)
  2. Olive oil.
  3. Green leafy vegetables, like spinach, kale, and collards.
  4. Nuts like almonds and walnuts.
  5. Salmon, mackerel, tuna, and sardines examples of fatty fish.
  6. Fruits such as strawberries, blueberries, cherries, and oranges.

  • Chest percussion.


And finally avoid;

  •  Acidic food or drink.
  • Carbonated beverages.
  • Cold cuts.
  • Cruciferous vegetables.
  • Diary products and
  • Excessive salt.
