What is Snoring: A person that snore, is probably called a snorer.
Snoring is always a symptoms or manifestation of damage that caused by underlying issue in and that is "WHY YOU SHOULD DEALT WITH IT".
DAMAGE : Firstly, it's disturbs or interrupt the victim from sleeping with inability to breathe properly, which can cause sudden wake up, to catch breathe and also generate noise from breathing process.
How does it damage? By inability to sleep cause by hard breathing, and noise.
Sleep is when rest is aided by quiet, a process which is a must to pass through in order to be healthy and sharp.
How bad it is?
This is a question we can all answer, how will you feel like when it's seems something is placed in your nose, how sensitive to noise when sleeping? Your reaction answers it all.
Why does it occurs in male than female?
This has to do with the physical composition of male body, in this case becomes thicker and more the tissue in the neck and surrounding the breathing passage, the greater the likelihood of boombastic snoring.
Women have a natural defense to snoring in form of progesterone.
Causes:
Obesity results in thickness of the neck and soft tissues
- Oversized stomach
- Consumption of alcohol
- Smoking
- Ageing
- General thickness of tissues found within the sinuses
- Nasal spray abuse agitates the sinuses and airway
- Snorting controlled substances
- Oversized tonsils and/or adenoids
- Goiter, a swollen thyroid gland
- Oversized tongue etc
Emotional effects:
- Loss of sleep can cause depression or anxiety.
- Relationship break-up also in marriage.
- Anger.
- Confusion.
- Short and long term memory loss. etc
Prevention : prevention is the reverse of the cause, mean don't smoke, don't drink alcohols ,just flee from the cause listed above, and lose weight.
