Believe or not this (7) activities still destroy the brain
I hope you guys would understand this after reading.
1. Too much of sugar intake:
This causes malnutrition which means lack of adequate nourishment or nutrients in the blood which prevents brain growth.
Choosing antioxidant-rich sweet would be good like raspberry and dark chocolate.
2. Loud noise: Either from a loud song or speaker.
This pressurize the brain even the ear also which can affect our hearing ability and also causes memory loss.
3. Lack of sleep: Of course this can leads to drowsiness ( a state of being drowsy), impaired memory ( less infective) and depression.
Hippocampus is a part of the brain that suffer this ( lack of sleep) issue which affect the ability to memorize new information.
4. Missing breakfast and inadequate water intake:
In the first tip, I made mention of "nourishment/nutrients".
Both comes only when you eat, then nutrients are supplied to your brain then it's absorb the nutrient and become more active.
Almost, 80% of the brain is water, so imagine what happens when dehydrated. It's becomes less reactive and function low.
5. Over-eating:
Also over eating can affect the brain, in a way that you gain more weight, then then manage to harden brain arteries and damage mental ability.
Note: The higher the caloric you consume, the more chances of developing memory loss or MCI meaning MILS COGNITIVE IMPAIRMENT.
6. Smoking: Cigarettes contains nicotine which is capable of shrinking the brain and then leads to ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE.
7. Covering your head while sleeping:
How does this affect?
We breathe out carbon dioxide, and breathe in oxygen from the atmosphere.
So when you use covering, the. you prevent oxygen.
So more Carbondioxide and less oxygen which shouldn't be.
